The Organisation Producer responsability E-waste Netherlands Foundation (further OPEN Foundation), established at Baron de Coubertinlaan 7 in Zoetermeer, respects the privacy of all visitors to this website. Personal information that you may provide to us is always treated confidentially. The personal data you fill out on the website will be used exclusively for the indicated purpose, such as, for example, sending requested information. Processing of personal data is done in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: AVG). This Privacy Statement describes how the OPEN Foundation handles your personal data.
Purpose
The purpose of processing your personal data is: –
1. Processing your question, complaint or comment and subsequently responding to it.
2. Analyzing your use of the website to improve the website.
3. To register and save your subscription to our newsletter and send it to you.
Basis for processing requested information
If you have any questions, complaints or remarks about the OPEN Foundation you can contact us by sending an email to: info@stichting-open.org. We need to process your personal data to be able to respond to your incoming email. In order to be able to serve you better in the future, your data can be stored as well as the email received by us. In doing so, the OPEN Foundation only stores the data you provide, including but possibly not limited to name, email address and phone number. By using the aforementioned e-mail address, you grant permission for the processing of the information provided by you.

Basis of processing for newsletter registration
If you want to stay informed about the developments in the field of e-waste you can subscribe to our newsletter. When subscribing you need to fill in your name, e-mail address and profession. We need to process these data in order to provide you with the information you requested in the newsletter. By signing up, you also give the OPEN Foundation permission to store and use your data to send the newsletter. Your data will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is easy: click on ‘Unsubscribe’ in the digital newsletter or send an email to info@stichting-open.org.
